We worked with Otto Car to design a high-performance, mobile-first website experience tailored to PCO drivers. The new platform supports scalable onboarding, smart integrations, and improved lead conversion, all underpinned by a flexible design system ready for growth.

Arch led the end-to-end design of Otto Car’s new digital platform, working closely with their internal development and business teams to shape a scalable, API-driven website experience.
Built around a modular design system, the platform introduces a cleaner, faster, and more intuitive journey for PCO drivers — from vehicle discovery to onboarding and booking. Every component was designed to be reusable, extensible, and easy to maintain, supporting Otto Car’s need for continuous iteration post-launch.
Crucially, the project was delivered as a true partnership: while Arch owned the UX and UI strategy, visual design, and prototyping, Otto Car’s in-house developers led the build, using Payload CMS and a headless architecture to bring the experience to life.
This collaborative approach ensured seamless handoff and a design tailored to real-world implementation needs, empowering the Otto Car team to move fast and adapt as the product evolves.
