We developed a fully responsive web application for All Seasons Leisure Sales (ASLS), purpose-built to streamline their van conversion tracking process and eliminate manual inefficiencies. Designed for both desktop and tablet use, the platform delivers real-time visibility, improved internal workflows, and greater operational efficiency. Within just a few weeks of launch, all staff had successfully transitioned to the new system—marking a significant shift toward more agile and collaborative working.
Key features include Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) for managing permissions across staff, partners, and administrators; a third-party job submission system that enables partners to submit orders for ASLS approval; and a structured tracking system covering all phases of van conversion, from paint and upholstery to interiors and exteriors. Automated email alerts keep teams informed of key updates, while 24/7 accessibility ensures uninterrupted productivity. The result is a fully digitised workflow that not only improves partner collaboration and speeds up internal processes, but also sets a scalable foundation for future growth.
